Scary Property

Doing some continuing education recently I discovered that a stigmatized property should be disclosed which includes a property considered “haunted” by ghosts or spirits. This was very interesting considering the fact that is is not required to disclose a death, homicide or a suicide that occurred on that same property. What do you think about this.
